General

When will you be restocking ___?

There is really no guarantee of when specific products will be restocked, or if some products will ever be restocked. Quite a few of my products are limited edition, and will not be restocked once I run out.

Do you offer commissions?

I only offer oil painting commissions, and rarely am I taking them. Additionally, I only offer painting commissions to people I know personally and I do not take cash or check as payment due to rampant commission scams lately.

If you are inquiring about a commission you would like done, reach out to me via my contact form. Please provide as much details and references as possible. The following will result in my declining of a request: little to no details, arguing over a provided price, demanding a different method of payment, and giving me orders.

I do not start working until I receive full payment.

Can you make stickers/buttons/pins/etc of ___?

I do not do product requests. However, there is a chance the requested product could already be on my to-do list. So, keep your eyes peeled!

Order Status

When will my order be processed?

I am usually running around a lot with not much free time, so order processing could take up to a week.

Can my order be edited after checkout?

No. I am not able to edit orders once they have already been placed.

Can my orders be combined?

If all of the payment details of seperate orders match, they will be combined. That also means that the orders will be combined with a preorder (depending on the PO time) and ship together at that later date. If you want the PO items to ship separately, please leave a note of your request on your order.

If the details do not match exactly, the orders will ship separately. For example: "123 S Main St" is different from "123 South Main Street", "Jane Doe" is different from "Jane Doe".

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns?

I only offer returns on specific products, such as apparel items and pins. I do not offer returns on stickers, prints, charms, or buttons. However, I offer refunds for all of the products.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled until they have been processed.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, I do not ship outside the US due to obnoxious international shipping costs. However, I am currently evaluating more cost-effective ways to ship abroad.

What are your shipping times?

I ship via USPS, so all of my shipping times are based on the times provided by them.

Standard: 5-8 business days

Priority: 3-4 business days

Express: 1-3 business days

Possible delays within the Postal Service or other factors can alter delivery times, so this will not be 100% accurate.

I moved since ordering something! What do I do?
